Introducing the Cougar Ridge Elementary PTSA Workshop Program 2022-2023

This year, we will be offering a series of free and fee-based, 6-week long, enrichment
Workshops! Each Workshop will meet once weekly, after-school and will conclude with a
“Parent’s Day.”

Please note that the schedule below is tentative, and dates and content are subject to change.
Workshops meet Tuesdays or Wednesdays. Watch the Bobcat Blast for more detailed
information including exact registration dates!

Late September: Tuesday: Chess 2 (Grades 2/3) & Wednesday: Chess 3 (Grades 4/5)
Early November: Tuesday: Chess 2 (Grades 2/3) & Wednesday: Chess 1 (Grades K-1)
Early January: Robotics (Grades 4/5) available Tuesday & Wednesday
Late February: Tuesday: STEAM & Wednesday: Art (Grades 3-5)
Late April: Robotics (Grades 4/5) available Tuesday & Wednesday
Mid-May: Mini-Makers (Grades K-2) available Tuesday & Wednesday

We do anticipate more registrations than we can accommodate, and a lottery system is likely.
Please remember volunteers keep our programs alive! All of our programs are volunteer run,
and we are looking for assistant and lead teachers - especially those that may want to teach a
specific workshop in the future!
