Cougar Ridge Elementary Staff Appreciation Program
What is Staff Appreciation?
The PTSA has created a Staff Appreciation program so we have ways to say "Thank You" throughout the year to all of our teachers and staff members.
Our students couldn't learn what they learn nor have the experiences they have without our amazing Staff! Cougar Ridge Elementary staff members are incredibly hard working. In appreciation of their dedication and commitment to educating our students, we provide Monthly Staff Luncheons throughout the year and the much loved Staff Appreciation Week in May.
What Is Staff Appreciation Week?
During the week of May 6-10, we celebrate our teachers and staff for all they have done for our kids and families. We host either a special treat, lunch or breakfast each day and coordinate with the room parents so the kiddos can do something special for their teachers and specialists during that week. It's our week to spoil and remind each and every Cougar Ridge staff member how important and loved they are to us. The kids have a really good time participating in this week as well.
Teacher "Thank You" Printables:
We have another fun opportunity for students to share a message of thanks with teachers and staff. The PTSA has coloring pages that students can decorate and write what they appreciate about Cougar Ridge teachers and staff. We encourage you to check out the school staff directory, we want to make sure all the staff at Cougar Ridge are recognized! Click here for the coloring page and here for staff directory.
What Can I Do To Help?
Without your help we cannot execute these activities. We know you are all very busy, so we will communicate simple ways for you to help before the events. Here are some ways we will be spoiling our teachers throughout the week:
***Staff favorites can be found on the PTSA website.
