Funds Request Form
If you need to receive funds
by a specific date, a completed Funds Request form signed by the
Principal must be placed in the PTSA President's school mailbox by the
Tuesday prior to that month's scheduled PTSA Executive Committee
meeting. Funds Request submission deadlines for the 2009-2010 school
year are: 9/8, 10/6, 11/10, 12/8, 1/12, 2/9, 3/9, 4/6, 5/4, 6/1.
