The  first meeting of the 4th/5th grade Book Club was held the evening of November 10th, and by all accounts was lots of fun and definitely worth repeating! The evening involved sharing favorite or key parts of the book, building and sharing mini Legos sculptures that represented important ideas or events, and finally (for those interested) navigating the climbing wall in the gym.  The 16 participants decided the first book choice was so successful, that the next book will be the second in the Everest Series by Gordon Corman-- The Climb.  Many thanks to coordinator and facilitator Robin Lessing!  Please watch the  Weekly for the next published meeting date....and start reading!
